Yes, you could plug these into your molex-powered fan hub, but as there is no connection to the motherboard you won't be able to control fan speed. Since I haven't gotten really into the project, I don't know what I could find with enough research, nor what problems I might have, so a question to someone who's done it with this case, could you please 'ELI5' everything important about fans in this case, and is it possible to add more RGB fans in the future - would I need new controller or stock one can handle more than 3 fans? Now, I'm not sure if these fans fixed RPM or they can be controlled (this hub doesn't have a way to connect it to the MB for control, there's a 4-pin version with that option but as I see it, these are not PWM fans). I've got a cheap 8-fan 3pin hub (MOLEX -> 8x3PIN) and I think this could handle the FAN power.

I've noticed that there are two cables on each FAN, one is for power, and the other one I'm not sure what's it for, I just know the cable forks into male and female connectors that was factory-connected into parallel (not sure what are those for) and they're somehow (didn't spend much time studying) to the Fan Controller. What I've found out online (and correct me if I'm wrong) - this case has it's own D-RGB controller that you could connect to the MB and it supports Gigabyte's Fusion technology (although I've read that it's software is far from great, not sure if it's still this way). Now, I've opened a case to check what cables are there, and this is the first time I'm dealing with RGB (don't remember it was a thing 5-6 years ago when I've assembled my current pc) and I'm kind of confused how it's suppose to work. Since it's middle of the week, I've just bought all the components from different vendors and waiting for the weekend to actually put it all together.

I've decided assemble a new PC so I bought this case and Gigabyte B450 AORUS ELITE MB.
